Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a form of yoga that involves flowing through possess, rather than holding them. There are no set postures or positions in vinyasa yoga classes; instead, the Guru will guide you through a series of poses that are held for varying lengths of time. The goal is to move fluidly from one pose to another without pausing at any point. This style is often described as โ€˜flowโ€™ or โ€˜dynamicโ€™ because it requires concentration and focuses but allows the mind to wander freely during class.
